Nicki Micheaux is an award-winning actress with a distinguished 30-year career in the entertainment industry. Best known for her characters on Lincoln Height and In the Dark. Knowing that success in this industry requires being more than an actor, she expanded her passion into producing, writing and directing for the past 15 years.
Her passion for storytelling and dedication to the craft are exemplified by her debut film, “Summer of Violence" which she developed in Sundance Collab. It garnered numerous awards and critical acclaim, establishing her as a formidable force in filmmaking.
A fellow of the prestigious Disney/Fox Directing Program, Nicki has honed her skills behind the camera, by working on the sets of high budget TV shows. Her relationships in television span 30 years, selling her first tv show in 2020.
Nicki's  academic background is equally impressive, having pursued a PhD in Political Science, which informs her understanding of narrative impact and cultural representation. It drives her quest to make sure underrepresented stories are told. Nicki founded Elevate Creative Talents so that more artists who are blocked by the gatekeepers of Hollywood can be guided on how to break into Hollywood. For those that are there, teaching the skills necessary to elevate your career to that next level.
