Iron Lung and shared the entire process with his audience. Not just the trailer. The journey. When the film came out, it was only in about 60 theaters. So Mark told his audience: if you want this in your city, call your theater and request it. And they did. Fans picked up the phone. They made noise. They demanded it.

The release expanded from 60 theaters to more than 4,100 locations worldwide. That's the part people miss. The flex isn't "I made a movie." Everybody makes movies. The flex is that he had people willing to pick up the phone and fight for it. That's what it looks like when you own demand.

So here's the move. Build your audience while you're building your project. Share the journey. Not just the finished product. The messy middle. The decisions. The setbacks. The small wins. Because when you finally have something to sell, you won't be screaming into the void. You'll have people who are already invested. And that changes everything.
